Refund policy

We hope you fall in love with your Bohème by Ena piece.

As each garment is made to order, we kindly ask you to choose your size carefully using our Size Guide and the Measurement instructions before placing your order.

If you would like to return your garment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bohemebyena@gmail.com.

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is sent incorrectly, in that case we will cover the shipping costs.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
